Our Leadership Team
Sue Lewis Press
Founder
Sue Lewis Press is the founder of the Association for Better Communities and a lifelong resident of the Treme neighborhood. Over the past 24 years, she has demonstrated a passion for community service, leading efforts to put on annual neighborhood cleanups, voter registration drives, school supply giveaways, debutante sponsorships, coat and blanket drives for the homeless, and much more.
Above all, Sue’s heart and soul is dedicated to offering children greater opportunities to express their imagination and creativity. She believes in fostering their independence through positive discipline, praise, and encouragement.
Sue is also the founder and director of the Ole & Nu Style Fellas, a local social aid and pleasure club that she founded in 1997.
